On Friday, guests drew inspiration from the tailored, comfortable designs of New York-based designer Thomas Jayne and, at a Saturday morning garden brunch, enjoyed a taste of designer Alessandra Branca’s flawless balance of livable and beautiful style. An additional event and speaker was added on the final day of the weekend, where attendees learned about the holiday traditions that have brought magic to the White House over the years at the Christmas with the First Ladies event, featuring author Coleen Christian Burke. The net annual income exceeded $500,000 for the first time in the show’s history.
